Noah has made a lasting impact on the Georgia Tech community through his dedicated involvement in the Student Government Association (SGA). Beginning his leadership journey as a sophomore representative in the House of Representatives, he encountered a challenging environment where the House was underappreciated and struggling with low engagement. Rather than seeking more prestigious roles in the executive branch, Noah committed himself to revitalizing the House, growing its membership from fewer than 20 representatives to more than 70. Under his leadership, the House became a dynamic and influential part of SGA, with increased competitive races and the ability to enact meaningful change on campus. His work reflects a deep commitment to improving the student experience and leaving behind a stronger foundation for future leaders.

One of Noah’s most memorable leadership moments came during his first meeting as Speaker of the House. Walking into a room with more than 70 representatives from diverse backgrounds and majors was a powerful reminder of how far the House had come under his guidance. The recognition of his work extended beyond the House, with Dean Stein and President Cabrera acknowledging his success in strengthening student engagement and participation. This moment affirmed the importance of his efforts and demonstrated how thoughtful leadership can transform an organization and inspire others to contribute to meaningful progress.

Noah’s leadership embodies Georgia Tech’s motto of Progress and Service. His approach to progress goes beyond initiating change—it’s about creating sustainable systems that future leaders can build upon. Noah prioritized establishing clear goals, effective communication methods, and a framework for future success, ensuring that the House's growth and impact would continue beyond his tenure. His dedication to service is evident in every decision he makes, guided by a focus on what is best for the student body. Through his thoughtful leadership and commitment to improving the student experience, Noah has left a legacy of progress and meaningful change at Georgia Tech.
