If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there, does it still make a sound?

The same thought applies to your student organization events! If you are hosting an event and no one knows about it, will anyone show up? There are many marketing resources available to student organizations at no charge, so be sure to take advantage of them. It is important to plan ahead to ensure your message gets maximum reach and to ensure the resource is available. Below is a guide to many of the resources you can use to promote your event.

On-Campus

Print and digital advertising opportunities are abundant on campus and many are reduced or at no cost for student organizations! Check out this resource for a list of Digital Signage on campus!

Campus Calendar

The Campus Calendar is a public, comprehensive resource that captures the many activities and events that take place on campus. The calendar is managed by our campus communications team.

Weekly Digest

The Weekly Digest highlights events and activities sponsored by Registered Student Organizations and Georgia Tech offices and departments. The Digest is distributed to all students every Monday during the Fall and Spring semesters while classes are in session.
