Aditya has demonstrated remarkable leadership at Georgia Tech through his involvement in organizations like Artificial Intelligence @ Georgia Tech and Startup Exchange. As the founder and president of AI@GT, Aditya has worked to democratize artificial intelligence education, ensuring that students from all disciplines have access to AI learning. He spearheaded initiatives such as research projects and industry partnerships, making AI education more accessible. His leadership also extended to the creation of the Georgia Tech RAG chatbot, an AI-driven tool designed to help students easily find information on academics and campus resources, showcasing his dedication to serving the Georgia Tech community. Additionally, Aditya’s work in Startup Exchange further reflects his commitment to expanding opportunities for student entrepreneurs, particularly by facilitating access to mentorship, funding, and collaboration across universities.

Aditya’s most memorable leadership moment came when he organized the inaugural AI ATL Hackathon, with no prior experience in event organizing. With a new team and little guidance, he led the effort to secure over $35K in sponsorships and attract more than 350 students. This experience taught him the importance of teamwork and delegation, as he empowered his team to take ownership of their responsibilities. By building a culture of trust and collaboration, Aditya ensured that the event ran smoothly and successfully, reinforcing his belief that effective leadership is about guiding a team toward a shared vision while giving them the autonomy to thrive.

Aditya has exemplified Georgia Tech’s motto of Progress and Service through his leadership in creating accessible opportunities and empowering others to innovate. Through initiatives like Startup Exchange, he has worked to build a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem, ensuring that students from underrepresented backgrounds have access to resources needed to launch their startups. His leadership also focuses on creating sustainable communities, as seen in AI @ GT’s expansion of AI education across disciplines, enabling students from various fields to leverage AI for their own innovations. Aditya’s work reflects his deep belief that progress is meaningful when it uplifts others, and his legacy at Georgia Tech will undoubtedly continue to inspire future generations to push boundaries and make lasting impacts.
