Aron has made a significant impact at Georgia Tech through his leadership roles in the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) and the Chess Club. As the vice president of internal/external affairs for IISE, he led the revitalization of community consulting projects, a key initiative that provided members with hands-on experience while promoting professional growth. He worked tirelessly to overcome challenges, including the lack of established procedures and initial hesitation from members, ensuring that the projects were not only successful but also valuable to the students involved. His leadership in this capacity demonstrated his commitment to creating opportunities for real-world experience and professional growth for his peers. 

In addition to his work with IISE, Aron has contributed to the Chess Club as vice president of finance, organizing tournaments and training sessions that promoted strategic thinking and collaboration among students. His work within the club created a welcoming environment for players of all levels to engage, learn, and build connections.
