Christin upholds the mission of the Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA) of providing unity, support, and scholastic guidance for the underrepresented population of black graduate students. As the president of BGSA, she collaborated with the Latino Organization of Graduate Students to reestablish the Georgia Tech Graduate Technical ([GT]²) Symposium, an institute wide research symposium to provide professional development and highlight the research of underrepresented graduate students here at Georgia Tech. 

I serve and am involved to achieve my mission of leaving a community better than when I found it, and that is my commitment to my peers and Georgia Tech.
