Esty has stayed heavily involved with the Residence Hall Association (RHA) since her first year. As the director of communications of RHA, she now oversees communications, marketing, and national relations and works directly with Georgia Tech Housing to make a better community for the 8,500 residents on campus. 

Through hosting events and constantly engaging with my community in meetings, tablings, events, or emails, I help to form meaningful connections and create those transformative experiences.
