Juan “JD” Suarez from San Juan, Puerto Rico is a Mechanical Engineering student. JD has been involved in the Global Leadership learning community and hopes to leave a legacy bigger than himself. He hopes that when people hear the name JD, they do not just think of the roles he held, but the person he was - someone who was curious and genuinely wanted to help because helping others is what matters most. JD is part of the Georgia Tech Baseball Team Pitching Biomechanics Lab, the Mechanical Engineering Professional Experience Program, Boricuas Organized for Impact, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and a Team Leader for GT1000.
