Kripa has made a lasting impact at Georgia Tech through her leadership in 180 Degrees Consulting, where she currently serves as project manager. In this role, she has guided a team to deliver strategic solutions for nonprofits, focusing on improving operational efficiency and strengthening stakeholder collaboration. Her most memorable leadership moment came from developing a Python-based inventory management system for the Eleos Foundation, reducing data entry time by 60% and improving inventory accuracy by 30%. This project empowered the nonprofit to allocate more resources toward its core mission, reflecting Kripa’s commitment to driving meaningful change through innovative problem-solving. 

Kripa’s dedication to Georgia Tech’s motto of Progress and Service is evident across her campus involvement. As a Millennium Fellow, she expanded mental health resources on campus and partnered with local organizations to enhance donor support. Her work with Engineers Without Borders’ Nepal Project helped raise funds and coordinate the construction of wells in Kathmandu, contributing to sustainable infrastructure. Additionally, through The Campus Kitchens Project, Kripa has helped combat food insecurity by repurposing dining hall leftovers for homeless shelters. Her ability to blend strategic thinking with compassionate leadership has strengthened Georgia Tech’s culture of service and innovation.
