Lisa finds meaning in her work as vice president of external affairs for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and as a liaison for the chapter in interactions with the wider ASCE organization including other student chapters, GA ASCE, and ASCE National. Her efforts have led to funding the club over thousands of dollars through sponsorships. 

By participating in student organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), I was able to find the greatest friends and stand out from others because I knew what I wanted to do after graduation.
