Marquise' has made significant contributions to the Georgia Tech community through his leadership roles, particularly as the vice president of Conference Funds in the Graduate Executive Branch of the Student Government Association (SGA). In this capacity, Marquise' has demonstrated his commitment to serving his peers by overseeing a budget of over $240,000, allocated to support students attending conferences and career development events. His leadership was pivotal in passing Bill 25J011, which doubled the SGA Conference and Career Development Fund budget and increased funding for both domestic and international conferences. This achievement ensures more students will have the financial support needed to expand their professional opportunities, exemplifying his dedication to equity and progress.
