All Registered Student Organizations must have 2 distinct elected student officers filling the roles of Senior Executive Officer and Finance Officer.

Note: It is the expectation that all officer positions within your RSO are updated in your Engage portal with the correct information. Update your officer positions by using the Roster tool in your organization’s portal. What is required of Officers during Annual Registration?

During Annual Registration, the incoming Senior Executive Officer and Finance Officer are expected to complete several requirements. Outgoing officers cannot complete re-registration.

Incoming President / Senior Executive Officer Requirements
  1. Attend Officer Onboarding training
  2. Complete follow-up form for attendance 
  3. Complete the Annual Registration Form
